We are looking for an experienced recruiter to provide thoughtful, consultative white glove service and support to our premiere clients by successfully matching them with attorneys in and out of our network.  The ideal candidate will be an individual seeking autonomy and responsibility within an environment where the candidate’s work will significantly impact the company. This position provides the opportunity to redefine working in the legal industry and work with known and respected corporate and legal clients.


Consultative Account Executive

We’re seeking a determined, diligent, self-directed account executive with experience in legal recruiting and a track record of hitting sales goals with enterprise contracts.

You are resilient and not afraid of researching new sales opportunities, prospecting, cold calling and strategically using your own professional network. You stay up to date on industry research and trends and build relationships by being knowledgeable about the industry and taking an interest in your prospects’ and clients’ business and success. You become a trusted advisor, consultant and sometimes “sales therapist.”

Growth & User Engagement Specialist

We’re seeking a polished, ambitious, bright, and self-driven individual to grow, engage, and delight our two-sided marketplace. You will work closely with our product, design and marketing team at our growing Pittsburgh office.

You will be our front line user guru handling support and new inbound signups. You will use your knowledge gleaned from the front lines to assist with engagement and growth strategy and execution as you support our Growth Marketing Director.
